Entourage Health Corp., formerly known as WeedMD Inc., serves as the publicly traded parent company of Entourage Brands Corp. (formerly WeedMD RX Inc.) and CannTx Life Sciences Inc. These brands are sold across eight provincial distribution agencies.

The company maintains strategic relationships in the seniors’ market and supply agreements with Shoppers Drug Mart. Entourage Health Corp. is also the exclusive Canadian producer and distributor of award-winning, U.S.-based wellness brand Mary’s Medicinals. In collaboration with a subsidiary of The Boston Beer Company, the company plans to launch cannabis-infused beverages in Canada in 2022.
